Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, growth-oriented Dealer Relationship Consultant to rapidly expand our automotive lending footprint. Your primary objective is to sign up new automotive dealerships and establish our corporation as their preferred financing partner. You will spend significant time in the field, pitching our lending programs to Dealership Principals and Finance & Insurance (F&I) Managers. The ideal candidate excels at cold-calling, building trust quickly, and converting competitor accounts into active, loan-producing partnerships.
Duties
- New Dealership Acquisition
- Dealer Prospecting: Actively identify, cold-call, and visit franchise and independent automotive dealerships to pitch our corporation’s lending products.
- Onboarding & Sign-ups: Guide newly acquired dealerships through our corporate signup process, ensuring dealer agreements are fully executed.
- Dealer Activation: Deliver training to dealership F&I managers on how to navigate our system, submit credit applications, and structure deals to fit our lending guidelines.
Relationship Retention & Portfolio Growth
- Application Capture: Act as the primary face of the lending corporation, building deep relationships with dealership staff to capture a higher share of their monthly loan applications.
- Competitor Intelligence: Monitor and report on competitor lending programs, interest rates, and approval speeds to help our credit team adjust strategies.
Underwriting & Operations Liaison
- Credit Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Credit Analysts to facilitate quick approvals on complex or borderline deal structures submitted by your dealers.
- Issue Resolution: Serve as the first line of defense to resolve any dealer grievances regarding funding delays or credit decisions.
Pay: $1.00-$100,000.00 per year
