Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee on-boarding, payroll processing, and maintaining employee records. What you will do:
Recruitment Support:
- Post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
On-boarding & Off-boarding:
- Prepare on-boarding materials and coordinate new hire orientation.
- Ensure proper documentation for new hires and exiting employees.
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Payroll & Bookkeeping Administration:
- Assist in recording of working hours and the preparation of payroll-related documents.
- Help with benefit enrollments and answer employee queries.
HR Compliance & Reporting:
- Support in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
General Support:
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, practices, and programs.
- Coordinate HR events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
What You Will Bring:
- HR relevant Education Background, Bachelor's Degree or above will be considered first.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required, with intermediate or above level English and French.
- Attention to detail for managing records and data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, time-management skills and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- HR Related Certificates (CRHA/CHRP or SHRM) will be a big plus.
