We’re hiring a Line Cook/Prep Cook for 15-20 hours per week, Monday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–1 p.m. (start times may vary between 7–9 a.m.) for Flock Rotisserie & Greens a fast causal restaurant, serving healthy salads, sides and rotisserie chicken. This location services our catering business and takeout only. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and experienced in food preparation and works well as a team and independently.
- Prep and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Opening duties: kitchen setup
- Work with team to ensure timely service
- manage inventory and report/order stock
Requirements
- Previous fast casual restaurant or food-service experience
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to open the restaurant for catering; occasional evenings/weekends as needed
- Passion for high-quality healthy food
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
