We are happy to bring on both senior and junior coaches. The more you bring to the Lab, the greater your pay potential. For junior and beginner coaches, we only ask that you are eager and willing to develop your skills and put in the work building your local brand – when you’re starting out, attitude is everything.
WHO YOU ARE
· Certified, educated and experienced in human physiology and personal training
· Well versed in the principals of strength training, biomechanics, behaviour change, recovery, nutrition, and programming.
· Independent, self-starter, driven to expand your toolkit
· Collaborative, comfortable sharing your expertise and training philosophy
· Professional, coachable, client centered and results driven
· Outgoing, curious, extraverted, eager to market yourself online and in the community
· Committed to maintaining the highest standard of customer satisfaction and results
WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Conduct interviews, movement assessments, design custom fitness programs
· Coach exercise form, technique, bracing and breathing strategies
· Coach pre-programmed semi-private sessions with customized exercise variations
· Work with a variety of populations: from just-starting-out to athletes to the elderly, but Lift Lab’s real bread and butter are casual-fitness-enthusiast, lifestyle transformation and return-to-exercise adults.
· Provide training photos and video interviews for your public facing trainer profile, website and social media
HOW IT WORKS
· Private Training clients are yours. You train them with full autonomy, while we handle payments and take only $25-$35 from your 1hr session fees
· You pay Lift Lab rent per session: $25 for clients you bring, $35 for Lift Lab provided client
· Private Training hourly fee:
senior coach: $80
junior coach: $65
new talent: $50
· Semi-private training (SPT) sessions run through a framework developed by Lift Lab with individual customization built in. You will collaborate with Lift Lab to select regular weekly session times for members to book. Must be available to coach Saturdays and/or early mornings (5:30)
· Senior coach SPT payout: ($35 for 1-2, $45 for 3-4, $55 for 5-6)
· Junior coach SPT payout: ($30 for 1-2, $40 for 3-4, $50 for 5-6)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 per week
