Carefree RV is under new Management and their main focus is training, grooming, promoting their new and current team of Apprentices. We have enough Apprentices, now we need Top Experienced Journeymen and we are willing to pay for the right person. This specific candidate should have an extensive knowledge of the RV world, capable of troubleshooting, diagnosing, repair, maintenance and most important, adding to a great culture. We are a very busy shop that was busy through the whole winter. If you are looking to grow with a great team, this is the place to be.
Accountabilities
- Valid Driver’s License, air endorsement bonus.
- Computer skills (we use tablets to do all our shop/field work)
- Must be organized and self-motivated
- Possess verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to deal with large volumes of work and be flexible to changing priorities
- Take pride in craftsmanship / Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure
Essential Qualifications

- The ability to periodically lift in excess of 25 kilograms
- Mechanical, electrical and electronics aptitude; troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Good communication, organizational and learning skills
- The desire to upgrade and learn new skills as technology advances
- The ability to work independently and as a team member
- Pride in workmanship and the desire to attain a superior level of expertise
- Desire to be challenged with a variety of tasks that are rarely repetitious in nature
- IDS experienced using Ipads preferred but not necessary, we will train you.
