We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and machinery. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in equipment and machinery.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of devices, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and enhance service quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in repair techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Repair Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- A relevant technical degree or certification is a plus but not mandatory.
