About The Role:
What You'll Do:

Act as a first point of contact for general employee questions.
-
Conduct 30, 60 and 90 day new-hire check-ins.

Coordinate employee recognition, engagement activities, surveys and events.
-
Administer training assignments, attendance and completion records in the LMS.

Maintain confidential employee files, HRIS records, letters and documentation.
-
Support attendance, performance management, accommodations and employee-relations processes.

Assist Talent and Total Rewards with recruitment coordination, orientation, onboarding and benefits administration.

Conduct exit interviews and support retention initiatives.
-
This is a coordinator-level role with the opportunity to develop experience in employee relations, training facilitation, performance management, supervisor support and workplace investigations.
Schedule Our Flex‑Life Schedule is designed to give you more time off, without sacrificing full‑time pay:

12-hour shifts, 3 days per week
-
Rotating every 2 weeks days and nights (7:00am to 7:00pm AND 7:00pm to 7:00am)

Work 36 hours per week, be eligible to be paid for 40 hours
-
16 days off a month!
Compensation:
-
$50,000-$55,000 per annum
Qualifications:
-
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
-
One to three years of HR, recruitment, learning coordination or administrative experience.
-
Strong organization, communication and follow-through.
-
Professional judgment and respect for confidentiality.
-
Comfortable working in both an office and manufacturing environment.
-
Knowledge of Ontario employment standards and health and safety requirements is an asset.
-
CHRP designation, or progress toward it, is an asset.
