Job description:
- Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Operate the cash register and BC Lottery terminal accurately.
- Assist customers in selecting vaping, tobacco, smoking accessories, and convenience products.
- Perform all other roles as necessary which includes cleaning and restocking of merchandise
- Strong willingness to learn more about cannabis accessories, vaporizers, tobacco and more.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working efficiently during busy periods.
- Self-motivated and able to carry out task’s self sufficiently
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with all age-restricted product regulations.
- Assist with other store duties as required.
Requirements:
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Can pay attention to detail, maintain store appearance and stock organization
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a convenience store, gas station, vape shop, smoke shop, liquor store, or other fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluent in English, Punjabi is an Asset
