Stockie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our leadership team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive sales professional who enjoys developing people, driving performance, and leading from the front. The successful candidate will oversee both new and pre-owned vehicle sales, work closely with our sales consultants and finance team, and help grow market share while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a small team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
- Manage both new and used vehicle operations, including inventory, pricing, merchandising, and sales performance.
- Coach and mentor staff through daily training, one-on-one development, and performance management.
- Work closely with the Managing Partner to develop and execute sales strategies that increase volume and profitability.
- Desk deals and assist with negotiations to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Ensure a first-class customer experience throughout the entire sales process.
- Monitor key performance indicators including closing ratios, gross profit, customer satisfaction, and lead conversion.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing future sales talent.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive showroom traffic, digital leads, and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager is strongly preferred.
- Proven success managing both new and used vehicle sales.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- OMVIC certification (or ability to obtain).
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving record.

Pay: $120,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
