Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of skincare treatments and services, providing clients with exceptional experiences that enhance their beauty and well-being. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service while effectively communicating with clients to meet their individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, eyelash tinting and nail care.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.
- Provide product demonstrations and recommend skincare products to clients based on their unique skin types and concerns.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating hospitality and ensuring client comfort throughout their visit.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continually improve skills and service offerings.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in esthetics techniques, manicures,pedicures facials etc.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Ability to recommend products and services
- Knowledge of sanitation practices in the beauty industry is essential.
