Position Overview:We are currently seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our teams.
- Cannabis Cultivation Knowledge (Some knowledge required): Familiarity with cultivation practices, including germination, propagation, vegetative, and flowering stages.
- Harvesting & Processing (Some knowledge required): Experienced in trimming, drying, curing, and packaging to ensure product quality.
- Stamina & Dexterity: Comfortable with long hours of standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
- Facility Cleanliness: Comfortable with cleaning operations and ensuring workspaces meet hygiene and safety standards to prevent contamination.
- Passion for Cannabis: Demonstrates enthusiasm for the industry and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Plant Health Monitoring (not required but a benefit): Skilled in identifying and addressing pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Environmental Control(not required but a benefit): Experience with maintaining optimal conditions for growth, including temperature, humidity, and lighting.
- Fertilization & Irrigation Systems(not required but a benefit): Proficient in using automated and manual systems for nutrient delivery and water management.
- Team Spirit: Will help in manufacturing and production etc when required.
