Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. As a Sales Executive, you will be selling 3PL Logistics and Fulfillment Services to small, medium and large-sized businesses across all verticals. You will be responsible for identifying prospective accounts, building relationships, and closing. This role is primarily new business development with minimal supervision.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including telemarketing and social media.
- Proactively develop new business opportunities within the 3PL logistics sector.
- Drive revenue growth by closing deals and growing client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Work directly with the founder/CEO to define go-to-market strategy and sales operations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of sales experience selling logistics and fulfillment services
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and customer relationship management practices.
- Familiarity with 3PL logistic processes is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $35,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
