General Labor / Food Production Associate - (Male Only)
Location: Mississauga, ON
Pay Rate: $17.60/hour
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM (depending on production requirements)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with general labor and food production activities.
- Follow food safety, GMP, HACCP, and company compliance procedures at all times.
- Complete production records, batch logs, and required documentation accurately.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain clear, legible paperwork.
- Monitor production processes by following work instructions.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills & Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Comfortable working in food production environments.
- Food Handler Certificate is preferred, or willingness to obtain one immediately (training can be provided for the right candidate).
- Willing to follow all food safety requirements, including wearing hairnets/beard nets, practicing proper handwashing, avoiding jewelry, and complying with allergen and health screening protocols.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Workplace Information
- No meat products are allowed in the lunchroom.
- Training begins at 8:30 AM. After successful training, regular start time may change to 8:00 AM.
Pay: $17.60 per hour
