Field & Forge Brewing Co., in Innisfail, AB is looking to fill a full time Packaging Team Member.
This is the perfect opportunity for craft beer enthusiasts with time flexibility to enter the beer industry in an entry level position.
Candidates must be 18 years of age.
Ideal candidates for this position must have the following qualities:
- Hardworking: Professionalism, self-motivated, attention to detail, positive attitude, punctual, have pride in your work, have pride in our brewing company, works well in a team atmosphere and have the ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule: Brewing often creates variable schedules each week including long hours.
*Monday - Friday * Punctuality and reliability required *Hours of work for this position sometimes vary, typically 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Physically Fit: This position requires long periods of standing and repetitive movements
Physical Requirements:
- Lift 50 lbs from ground
- Climb stairs and ladders
- Work in loud environment with basic safety accommodations
- Labour intensive
- Other duties as assigned
Hourly Rate: $16-18/hr – dependent on prior experience
