Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Staff : Server. The ideal candidates will bring professionalism, energy, and a passion for hospitality to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately using POS (Toast).o
- Prepare and serve beverages (bartenders) to recipe and service standards.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, bar, and service stations.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Managers : Lead front-of-house operations, support staff, and ensure service excellence.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of restaurant experience in a front-of-house role is required.
- Experience in an Italian restaurant is an asset.
- Familiarity with POS (Toast) systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
