Popeyes Experienced Shift Managers & Assistant General Managers
We are currently hiring experienced Popeyes Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers to join our team. These leadership positions are responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and leading a high-performing team.
The ideal candidates have previous Popeyes experience, strong leadership abilities, and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Previous Popeyes experience is required for both positions.
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and smooth workflow.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain Popeyes brand standards, food quality, and food safety procedures.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and proper food handling practices.
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory controls.
- Train, develop, and evaluate team members.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Support kitchen and front-of-house operations during busy periods.
- Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
- Previous Popeyes experience.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, professional, and results-driven with a positive attitude.
