Job Title: Experienced Maintenance Crew Member

About the Role:
We are seeking skilled and dependable experienced maintenance professionals to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in landscaping and property maintenance who are looking to take the next step in their career with a reputable, growing company. You’ll be expected to work independently or lead small teams while ensuring high standards of care for residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced lawn care services, including precision mowing, edging, trimming, and turf management
- Maintain garden beds through expert weeding, pruning, mulching, and seasonal planting
- Conduct seasonal cleanups, including leaf and debris removal, to maintain curb appeal
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, including trimmers, blowers, and mowers
- Carry out light property maintenance and repairs (e.g., fence repairs, power washing, etc.)
- Follow daily schedules and service routes with minimal supervision
- Support and train junior team members as needed
- Maintain clear and professional communication with team leads, supervisors, and clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance
- Strong understanding of tools, equipment, and seasonal property care best practices
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors in various conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as a team lead when needed
- Valid G license and reliable transportation to job sites across Toronto and the GTA
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
