Port City Spirits is the only distillery and premier cocktail lounge in Northern BC. We’re looking for a strong operator to lead the bar, elevate the cocktail program, and drive real traffic.
What You’ll Do
- Run daily bar operations
- Hire, train, and lead staff
- Build and manage a standout cocktail program
- Plan events and live music that bring people in
- Manage inventory, ordering, and margins
- Set the tone: atmosphere, music, guest experience
