Job Title: Catering Staff

GTG Catering is seeking contract workers. These positions are on call and hours are based on bookings and business needs. Qualified applicants will be reliable, provide exceptional customer service while serving guests. Must be hardworking with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities vary per shift and may include any or all of the following:
* Assists in the setup and preparation for service of catered events on and offsite of the Cochrane Ranchehouse
* Set-up & stock the bar
* Bar service
* Assists in food preparation
* Sets and clears dining tables
* Wash dishware
* Replenish condiments and supplies at buffet tables
* Follows and complies with food safety standards from Alberta Health
* Assist in the maintenance of a clean kitchen
* Take out garbage and recycling
Qualifications
* Pro Serve
* *Food Safety Alberta Certification
* Preference will be given to individuals who have previous experience in the food services industry
* Must demonstrate superior customer service skills
* Must be physically able to lift and transfer heavy, hot items and stand/walk for the majority of your shift
