As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Professional Service Specialist to join the MSP Corp. Central team.
About the Role
As a Senior Professional Service Specialist, you will focus on the solutioning and optimization of IT service delivery at multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong track-record of solutioning and delivering projects or services across multiple companies in the Microsoft stacks we focus on. Combining excellent technical skills with a client centric approach and communication will ensure a high level of continued operational success.

What You Will Do
-
Deliver Microsoft 365 and Entra ID projects from planning and design through implementation and documentation handoff.

Lead migrations and modernizations across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Teams Phone, Intune, Defender, and Purview.

Implement Conditional Access, MFA, and compliance policies to align with MSP Corp’s Security-First standards.

Configure and validate Intune for endpoint management, compliance, and Windows 11 deployment.

Deploy and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Office 365 to ensure protection across devices and users.

Implement Microsoft Purview features including data loss prevention, labeling, retention, and insider risk management.

Integrate identity and access management through Entra ID, Entra Connect, and role-based access controls.

Support Azure and AVD implementations tied to the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring secure access and policy integration.

Produce detailed SOPs, as-built documentation, and configuration records for every engagement.

Collaborate with the Team Lead, Project Managers, NSOC, and Service Desk to maintain security baseline compliance and visibility.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Purview, Entra ID, and Azure capabilities.

Participate in client discussions, presenting secure, modern, and compliant Microsoft 365 solutions clearly and effectively.
What We Are Looking For

Deep working knowledge of the configuration, management, deployment and support of Microsoft technologies with a primary focus on Office 365, Azure, Intune, Security and Teams with supporting Microsoft Certifications

Excellent working knowledge of the configuration, management, deployment and support of core infrastructure technologies, including Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V), Networking, Storage and Backup
