Your Role
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a professional, transparent, and engaging customer experience from first contact through to delivery and beyond.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Welcoming showroom guests and providing a no-pressure, consultative experience
- Responding to inbound phone, email, and online inquiries in a timely manner
- Understanding customer needs and helping match them with the right Volkswagen vehicle
- Conducting product presentations, test drives, and delivery appointments
- Following up with prospective clients to build relationships and support purchasing decisions
- Managing your pipeline and CRM activity to drive consistent results
- Working closely with the sales team and management to achieve individual and dealership goals
- Maintaining a professional and well-presented showroom and display environment
What You Bring to the Table
- A strong motivation to succeed in a performance-driven sales environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence engaging customers in person, over the phone, and digitally
- A customer-first mindset with focus on long-term relationships
- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset, but not required, we will train the right candidate
- Comfort using CRM systems and modern communication tools (text, email, video)
- A valid driver’s license
- Eligibility for OMVIC certification (support provided if needed)
