The Serpa Certified Collision Repair Centre (CCRC) is growing — and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated Body Shop Manager to join our award-winning team.
If you have 3+ years of collision centre management experience, strong insurance relationships, and a commitment to quality and efficiency, we want to hear from you.

The Serpa Collision Centre is proud to be a Certified Collision Repair Centre for Stellantis, Hyundai, Genesis, Acura, Honda, Subaru, Nissan, and Kia — with more certifications underway.
As part of the Serpa Automotive Group, and alongside our sister dealership Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT, we handle a high volume of both retail and internal service work. We are fully accredited with all major insurance companies, including Aviva, Travelers, TD, RSA, Wawanesa, Armada, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations and production within the body shop.

Maintain strong working relationships with insurance partners to drive business growth.

Ensure compliance with manufacturer CCRC standards and warranty repair protocols (e.g., rust warranty).

Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve top-level quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor workflow, productivity, and profitability across all repair processes.
