We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while playing a key part in expanding our business footprint. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in sales, negotiation, and business development to build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth. A solid understanding of B2B sales, marketing strategies, and account management is essential to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets within assigned markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term collaborations
- Conduct negotiations to close deals effectively while ensuring mutual benefit
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional service, upselling, and cross-selling solutions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support sales objectives
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve offerings
- Lead presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
- Solid analysis skills to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently as a freelance professional while collaborating with internal teams
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies that support sales initiatives
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
