Crystal Pro Home Services is looking for a motivated, hardworking Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Winnipeg. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial window cleaning and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and spotless results.

Applicants MUST have their own truck or reliable work vehicle capable of transporting ladders and equipment. A truck is REQUIRED for this position — applicants without one will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Clean windows on residential and commercial properties using squeegees, extension poles, ladders, and professional cleaning tools
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance on all job sites
- Safely work at heights while following all company safety procedures
- Transport and organize ladders, tools, and cleaning equipment between jobs
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with general exterior cleaning tasks when needed
Requirements
- MUST have a truck or reliable vehicle suitable for transporting ladders and equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Positive attitude and professional communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment safely
- Previous window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
