Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service particularly with focus on mixing African indigeneous spices and seasonings
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
-Focus on art and science of mixing African indigeneous spices and seasonings
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for kitchen activities
- Collaborate with the management team to create menus and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- knowledge of food spices handling
-Previous experience in a kitchen management role
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
