Job Description:
QA Analyst with Handson Java, Selenium & API Testing Exp.
Position Summary:
Additional QA support is required to assist with functional regression and end to end testing to help reduce testing bottlenecks and ensure timely project delivery while the team manages increased workload.
The contractor will be responsible for testing software applications identifying defects executing creating test plans and ensuring that solutions meet functional and technical requirements before QA release
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts
Perform manual and automated testing of software applications
Identify document and track software defects
Conduct functional regression integration and system testing
Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved
Collaborate with development teams to improve software quality
Ensure that solutions meet functional and technical requirements
Maintain test artifacts
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing
Experience with Linux and shell scripting
Experience testing web based applications and network applications
API testing experience
Knowledge of SQL and experience with MySQL
Experience with defect management tools
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Quality focused approach
Technical Skills
Operating systems Linux and Windows
Programming Scripting knowledge and experience with Shell scripting Python Perl Java CC
Version control systems CVS GitHub
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Transaction and payment processing industries
Experience with security testing
Skills
Mandatory Skills : Selenium-Java -Testing
Good to Have Skills : Junit -Testing

Benefits
Compensation range: $90,788.00 to $103,800.00 per year
