Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Lab Technician Assistant to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will support our laboratory operations by assisting with quality control, data collection, and analysis to ensure the highest standards of our diagnostic products. This position plays a vital part in advancing our mission to innovate in the rapid diagnostic field.
Responsibilities
· Assist R&D engineers in the development and optimization of colloidal gold-based in vitro diagnostic (IVD) reagents (e.g., infectious disease, HCG, etc.).
· Conduct laboratory work such as antibody/antigen screening, coating concentration optimization, chromatography testing, and stability evaluation.
· Participate in key processes including gold nanoparticle preparation, conjugation, and test strip fabrication (coating, sample application, cutting).
· Follow up on small-scale and pilot-scale reagent trials, and perform data collection and analysis.
· Complete experimental records, technical documentation, and SOPs as required.
· Support raw material verification, new product trial production, and other R&D-related activities.

Qualifications
· Associate degree or above in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, Chemistry or related fields.
· Over 1 year of relevant experience, or outstanding recent graduates.
. Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
· Prior experience or internship in colloidal gold assay development is preferred.
· Proficient in basic laboratory techniques such as pipetting, centrifugation, coating, and chromatography.
· Able to interpret experimental protocols, record data, and follow standard procedures.
· Familiarity with antibody/antigen principles and immunology is a plus.
· Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
· Good teamwork and communication skills.
