What We Offer

Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities: Part-time team members typically work 20–30 hours per week, with opportunities to grow into more hours over time

What You’ll Do
As a Residential Cleaner, you’ll be the face of our company inside our clients’ homes.
You will:
- Clean and maintain homes to The Kind Hearted Company standard
- Deliver exceptional service with care, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Travel between client homes throughout your workday
- Use and care for company-provided equipment and approved products
- Track your time accurately using our systems
- Communicate clearly with your manager regarding schedules and client needs
- Participate in onboarding, training, and continued development
- Represent KHC with professionalism in every home you enter

What We’re Looking For

You must:
- Be located in Greater Victoria, BC
- Have your own reliable vehicle
- Be comfortable traveling between client homes
- Communicate professionally in English
- Be punctual, reliable, and accountable
- Have a positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Be legally authorized to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship available)
