Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Électromécanicien to join our industrial maintenance team. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues using schematics and analysis skills
- Repair or replace faulty components in programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, boilers, and other industrial machinery
- Maintain and update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) records accurately
- Conduct welding, electrical work, or mechanical repairs as needed, adhering to safety standards
- Assist with installation of new equipment and upgrades to existing systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols related to low voltage electrical work and industrial maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize maintenance schedules and improve system reliability
Requirements
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician or in industrial maintenance within manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and low voltage electrical systems
- Experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting
- Mechanical knowledge including HVAC, boilers, welding, and general machinery repair
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and analysis reports
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Good communication skills in English for documentation and teamwork purposes
- Customer service orientation when interacting with internal teams or external vendors
- Relevant certifications or experience in electrical work, HVAC, boiler operation, or welding is highly desirable

Pay: $27.95-$39.55 per hour
