Sales Associate (Events & Trade Shows) – Full-Time (Hybrid)

We build and deploy interactive event technology, kiosks, engagement experiences, and sponsor-ready solutions that help events and exhibitors attract, engage, and capture leads. We support trade shows, conferences, galas, charity events, and brand activations across the GTA and beyond.
Role Summary
This is a base + commission-driven sales role for someone who can move fast, follow up relentlessly, and book meetings consistently. You’ll start by booking appointments and supporting a closer, then ramp into closing your own smaller deals as you learn our solutions and process.
We have lead volume and opportunity, your job is to work the pipeline: calls, emails, follow-ups, demos, and next steps.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
- Work warm and outbound leads for events + trade shows (rental + purchase options)
- High daily activity: calls, emails, follow-ups to drive meetings
- Book demos/appointments and keep opportunities moving
- Support proposals/quotes and gather requirements (event date, venue, goals, scope)
- Learn scripts and product positioning (training provided)
- Attend select trade shows/events for lead generation and relationship building
- Keep CRM updated with notes, tasks, next steps, and follow-up dates
What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)
- Sales experience in tech, software/SaaS, digital marketing, media/sponsorship, event services, web services, or B2B services
- Comfortable with outbound activity and structured follow-ups (this role is not passive)
- Strong communication, clear, confident, professional
- Coachable: willing to learn scripts, process, and repetition
- Organized: you don’t let leads go cold
- Available for some evenings/weekends during event peaks
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to meetings/events in the GTA

Pay: $45,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
