Cannabis Keyholder (Part-Time)

We are a family-owned and operated store looking for someone who wants to work, sell, learn, and be part of a team that takes pride in what they do. This is not a “stand around and get paid” job.

The role:
- Run shifts and support daily operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and strong product recommendations
- Actively sell — not just process transactions
- Keep the store clean, organized, and running properly
- Handle POS (COVA), Dutchie, inventory, and orders
- Follow AGCO rules with zero shortcuts
- Process deliveries, pickups, and orders accurately and efficiently
Schedule (non-negotiable):
- 5–30 hours per week
- Store hours: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM, 7 days a week (Subject to change)
- Must be able to work long shifts (including open to close)
- Open every day of the year except Christmas Day
- Must be available for holidays, weekends, days, and evenings
- Must be willing to pick up shifts and support the team
Requirements:
- Sales experience is extremely important
- Cannabis retail experience preferred
- CannSell Certification required
- Must be able to successfully complete a criminal record check
- Must be reliable, accountable, and hard-working
- Must be flexible with scheduling
- Must be 19+ and legally able to work in Canada
- Must be self-motivated to learn and improve continuously
- Must have a valid G driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, as this position requires completing customer deliveries when scheduled. Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved deliveries completed using your personal vehicle.
