About Us
K&D Truck Parts & Service has been keeping Saskatchewan’s trucks moving since 1976. We are a fast-paced heavy-duty truck and trailer repair facility with a strong team atmosphere and a reputation built on hard work, customer service, and reliability.
We’re currently looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our Parts Department in a support role. This position works closely with our Parts Person and service team to help keep the department running smoothly day to day.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your role will include a variety of hands-on tasks that support the parts and service operations, including:
- Answering phones and assisting at the parts desk
- Shipping and receiving parts
- Organizing and stocking inventory
- Keeping shelves and storage areas clean and organized
- Cleaning and preparing used or dirty parts
- Transporting parts between the warehouse and service shops
- Assisting with larger or specialty jobs as needed
- Supporting the parts department wherever needed during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
We’re less concerned about having the “perfect resume” and more interested in finding the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ideal qualities include:
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Mechanically inclined or interested in the heavy-duty industry
- Able to lift and move parts safely
- Valid driver’s license
Experience in a parts department, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or the heavy-duty industry is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
