White Sails Brewing and Wildflower Distilling are two proudly independent, award-winning craft beer and spirits brands looking for a driven, people-first sales representative in the Metro Vancouver Region.
We’re looking for someone who builds real relationships, champions the story behind each pour, and takes ownership of their territory.
This role covers:
- Account Growth – manage an existing wholesale network, establishing and developing new wholesale accounts across private liquor stores, restaurants, hotels, and bars, install new product listings and drive reorders.
- Brand Education – get buyers, managers, and floor staff genuinely excited about White Sails and Wildflower products through training, storytelling, and hands-on product knowledge sessions.
- Marketing & Events – run tastings, in-store demos, farmers markets, and local events that put our brands in people’s hands.
- Follow-through – track outreach, results, and next steps with basic reporting and analytics so nothing falls through the cracks.
Compensation
Hourly wage plus commission on wholesale sales.
Requirements
Valid BC driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for Metro Vancouver travel.
Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain before starting).
Who we’re looking for:
- A natural connector – you either have a strong local network or the ability to build one fast.
- A confident communicator – equally comfortable presenting to a manager / buyer as you are chatting with floor staff during their shift.
- Self-directed and dependable – you set your own schedule and follow through without needing to be managed.
- Genuinely into craft beverages – experience in beverage alcohol sales or hospitality is an asset, enthusiasm about local craft brands is a must.
A note on brand compatibility
We’re open to reps who carry complementary brands alongside ours. We do ask that you don’t represent direct competitors in beer or spirits (vodka, gin, moonshine, and whisky as we expand into that category).
