We are looking for help with general labourer activities at our family-owned and operated wood recycling company.
Job Description/Duties:
- Operate a forklift to offload pallets from dry van trailers
- Complete and keep proper documentation and records associated with equipment repairs.
- Help get the tool system organized.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Job entails inspection, repair, and some fabrication for new processes.
- Outdoor process - operating forklift on rough terrain
- General mechanical skills - do not need tickets
- Calm personality, positive attitude
- Seeking someone with a strong mechanical aptitude to repair and build.
- Cleaning (sweeping/shoveling) and sorting garbage from wood
- Other types of equipment operation such as front end loader is an asset
- Job is busy and physically demanding, will not be sitting in equipment all day
