About the World Federation of Chiropractic
The World Federation of Chiropractic is an international not-for-profit organization representing national chiropractic associations worldwide. WFC works to advance awareness, utilization and integration of chiropractic internationally and is in official relations with the World Health Organization.
About the Role
The World Federation of Chiropractic is seeking a dynamic, values-driven and highly motivated individual to serve as its next Secretary-General.
The Secretary-General is WFC’s principal executive and operational leader, responsible for strategic leadership, operational delivery, Board support, Secretariat leadership, member engagement, financial stewardship, governance, stakeholder relations and international representation.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Secretary-General will lead the implementation of WFC’s strategic priorities, oversee the Secretariat, support effective governance, manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure the successful delivery of organizational objectives.
This is a global executive leadership role. It is not an administrative secretary, executive assistant, office administration, advisory-only or consultant role.
The successful candidate must be equally effective in strategic leadership and practical operational execution. As the leader of a lean, globally distributed organization, the Secretary-General must be comfortable working at Board level while also being actively involved in day-to-day organizational delivery.
