We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and high proficiency in various office software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities.
Duties
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and Salesforce.
- Handle cloud filing systems.
- Provide customer support via phone and email, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars efficiently
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service expertise
- Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to work tasks
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
