The Lookout Sports Lounge located above the Liuna 4 Ice Centre is currently looking for a part-time line cook. This position could change to full time hours if desired in September.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Assist in food plating and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on guest satisfaction.
- Qualifications
- Some experience as a line cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or food service setting.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
