Detailing leads to learning to repairs, which includes filling holes, sanding, paint matching, and air bush painting.
Pay increase with experience starting wage is $17 -$20
DUTIES:
- Utilize power tool (polisher), wet sand and cleaning of tubs, showers, and vinyl in new home builds.
- Detail orientated work that requires care precision and patience
- Maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Experience
- Willingness to learn fiberglass detailing.
- Previous experience in repairs: putty, sanding & painting repairs . Can be experience repairing other mediums such as auto, drywall etc.
- Proficient use of English language and ability to follow direction
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
