The Brick is booming! As Canada’s largest home furnishings retailer, we are actively expanding our sales force and seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused team members ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Actively drive sales in a commission-based environment by engaging customers, uncovering needs, recommending solutions, and confidently closing transactions
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first interaction through to final sale and follow-up
- Build product knowledge across furniture and appliances to confidently guide purchasing decisions
- Review and follow up on order reports daily to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Support merchandising standards by maintaining clean, organized, and well- presented displays
- Attach price tags and promotional materials to ensure clarity and consistency on the sales floor
- Assist with inventory accuracy and stock organization
- Move, lift, and assemble products as required
- Contribute to overall store success with a flexible, team-first approach
What You Bring
- A strong interest in sales and a desire to succeed in a commission-based role
- Confidence engaging with customers and closing sales
- Willingness to learn and apply The Brick’s 7 Steps of Selling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Physical ability to lift and move products (up to 75 lbs)
- Furniture or appliance knowledge is an asset, but not required
