JOB DESCRIPTION – DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
SUMMARY

dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. This role is critical in
overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our telecom services. The
Director of Operations will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency,
managing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee the daily operations of the telecom division, ensuring efficiency and
effectiveness;
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures;
Manage and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, technology,
and budget;
Manage and oversee scheduling for all field employees, including
subcontractors;
Lead and mentor a project team responsible for delivering telecommunication
projects in Western Regions of Canada;
Develop relationships with new clients and maintain excellent relationships
with existing clients. Foster client satisfaction to drive long-term growth;
Organize and participate in Business Development activities;
Provide project and technical guidance and coaching to clients and other team
members;
Ensure that all projects are delivered with the required quality and that they
comply with all applicable industry standards;
Drive initiatives to improve operational processes, reduce costs, and enhance
service quality;
Perform various project management tasks and deliver own projects as
needed;
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards;
Manage projects delivery and lead times.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in
a leadership role within the telecom industry. Good working experience with Microsoft
Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
