Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Web & Systems Project Manager to take the wheel on the digital infrastructure across our growing portfolio of businesses. We need someone who is just as comfortable writing code for a new website as they are producing digital video content.
If you are a true builder who knows how to connect the dots between web development, CRM integrations, and modern AI tools, we want to hear from you. You won't just be delegating tasks; you'll be actively building, troubleshooting, and launching projects.
Duties
- Web Development & Management: Design, build, and launch websites from scratch, handling both frontend design and backend functionality.
- CRM & Systems Integration: Set up, connect, and manage our CRMs and other software tools to make sure our tech stack runs smoothly.
- AI & Digital Content Creation: Get hands-on with AI tools and video editing software to produce high-quality digital assets and marketing videos.
- Tech Troubleshooting: Act as the go-to person for tech issues—whether that means fixing a website bug or hopping on to repair a broken platform integration.
- Project Ownership: Manage technical and digital projects from the initial brainstorming phase until they are completely wrapped up, ensuring all our platforms talk to each other seamlessly.
Requirements
- Proven experience building websites from the ground up (basic drag-and-drop template experience won't be enough for this role).
- Hands-on experience managing CRM platforms, connecting software integrations, and troubleshooting tech stacks.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software and practical experience using modern AI tools for content creation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tech projects across different business ventures simultaneously.
- A problem-solving mindset—when a tool breaks, you know how to dig in and fix it.
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
