- We are seeking an Office Assistant to help us with a wide variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and e-mail.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scaning.
- Assist our accounting department in data input.
- Help to order office and warehouse supplies.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Keep office records up to date.
- Applicants should be able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $23.00-$30.49 per hour
