Riverstone Transport is a cattle and grain hauling company.
Requirements:
Seeking a punctual, hard working and reliable person to join our company. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work weekends. Benefits available after 3 months.
Experience: 1 or more years.
Duties:
Upkeep and maintenance of equipment. Equipment includes trucks, cattle liners and super-B grain trailers, engine, electrical systems, hydraulics, fuel and brake line repairs.
Perform daily inspection and maintenance and ensures that equipment is in a safe proper working order including fluid checks and proper lubrication.
Follows all safety, compliance, and environmental requirements in alignment with company standards.
Follow and comply with all government legislation, company policies and procedures.
Completes required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
Completes job tasks with personal and public safety as top priority.
Skills and Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree or diploma an asset.
Valid Class 5 driver's license. Class 1 or 3 commercial license beneficial.
Technical skills, familiarity with electronics, be able to read schematics or use electronic diagnostic equipment. Having a license to perform CVIPs also beneficial as are licensed facility.
Welding.
Strong work ethic and reliable.
