We are an In-home childcare for up to 8 children from 30 months to 5 years old looking for a vibrant, reliable, knowledgeable and nurturing ECE to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the environment and program meet the standards of licensing regulations and are complying at all times.
- Ensure that the polices and procedures of the center are implemented and followed.
- Provide direct supervision to children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Assist in planning, delivering and evaluating learning activities and experiences that stimulate exploration and curiosity in children. Ensure that their needs are met while promoting opportunities for physical, intellectual, social and emotional development.
- Maintain records of student progress.
- Work in partnership with staff team in planning and organizing the daily operations of the center.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized and stimulating classroom environment.
- Implement behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate in training new staff and students.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
