Resolute Home is a growing HVAC and construction company serving Calgary and surrounding areas. We specialize in residential HVAC installations, service, maintenance, renovations, and energy-efficient mechanical systems. Position Overview
We are seeking an HVAC Technician, Gasfitter, or experienced HVAC Installer to join our Calgary team. Certified Gasfitters and Red Seal HVAC Technicians are highly preferred; however, experienced individuals who have strong hands-on HVAC knowledge and are actively working toward certification are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Install and service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters, and ventilation equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Ensure all work complies with Alberta codes and safety regulations
- Complete service reports and documentation
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
- Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Gasfitter Class B (preferred)
- Red Seal HVAC Technician (preferred)
- HVAC apprenticeship registration considered an asset
- Experience with residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
- Ability to read drawings and installation specifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
We Also Welcome Applicants Who:
- Have significant HVAC installation or service experience but have not yet completed certification
- Are working toward Gasfitter or HVAC certification
- Have experience as HVAC Helpers, Installers, Sheet Metal Workers, or Mechanical Technicians

Pay: $30.00-$55.00 per hour
