Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. This dual-role position requires strong experience in both human resources and bookkeeping, with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR functions including employee onboarding, records management, and compliance
- Maintain and update employee files and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration. ADP experience is preferred
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
- Use QuickBooks to manage and track company finances
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Human Resources (required)
- Strong bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation:
- 28$ starting and increase based on experience
