- Prepare and manage refugee matters, including comprehensive documentation and submissions.
- Prepare disclosure packages for the Immigration Division (ID), Immigration Appeal Division (IAD), and Refugee Appeal Division (RAD).
- Prepare and review BOC (Basis of Claim) forms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with supporting evidence.
- Manage end-to-end immigration matters for multiple concurrent applicants.
- Facilitate the gathering of documentation and the preparation, review, and filing of immigration applications.
- Prepare responses to immigration governing bodies such as IRCC and ESDC.
- Prepare and submit LMIA applications to ESDC.
- Apply immigration knowledge strategically and proactively drive process improvements.
- Take ownership of the quality, compliance, and technical accuracy of all work.
- Set priorities, develop work schedules, and closely monitor and track case progress.
