We are currently looking to fill the position of Survey Crew Lead. This is a leadership position. You will be responsible for setting the standard in OlsenNorth for other field crews. Execution and process development are part of the role.
Responsibilties and Qualifications
- Proficiency with GNSS RTK, and Total Stations for execution of all types of survey projects
- Dealing with clients in a field environment and making sure clients are receiving everything they need to complete the project
- Working independently and problem solving as situations arise.
- Experience in Construction surveying on small to large sites.
- Ability to work and act under pressure, leading a small crew, and larger crews as work progresses
- Experience in Municipal Surveying. RPRs, Site Surveys, etc
- Team player, always looking for ways to improve yourself and the team
- Always looking for ways to add value to projects with an eye on client satisfaction.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
