Job Overview
4 Seasons Pawn Shop is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Team Member to provide customer service and sales in a retail shop.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
Negotiate purchases and sales with customers
Assist with in-store, phone, and online sales
Photograph and list items for sale on online platforms
Research and price second-hand merchandise
Clean, test, and prepare inventory for resale
Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
Manage layaways and customer records
Maintain clean and organized displays
Follow store policies and procedures
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of Windows, Apple, and Android devices
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to lift up to 45 lbs
Reliable and punctual
Requirements
Completed Secondary School ( some post-secondary preferred)
Strong math skills and cash handling ability
Must pass a Criminal Record Check
Must be bondable
References required
Job Details
Location: 7155 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC
Part-Time: 16–25 hours per week (2–3 days)
Schedule: Must be available weekends and some statutory and religious holidays
Vacation Pay: 4%
On-site parking available
