The Verification Engineer will lead verification and validation activities for gas monitor products by independently managing complex workstreams, defining and executing I&V plans, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and assessing product maturity to ensure quality, reliability, and on‑time, on‑budget delivery. It also drives continuous improvement of verification frameworks and processes, applies strong technical and academic foundations to practical engineering challenges, represents verification as a trusted partner, and upholds a “Quality First” mindset through clear, traceable documentation and collaborative innovation across global and local teams.
What You'll Do
- Take independent ownership of workstreams managing complex content tasks within projects.
- Represents verification in cross-functional development teams and can lead test team and ensure clarity and target-orientation.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional colleagues in executing assigned responsibilities and tasks, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and good collaboration.
- Estimate efforts and plan resources for I&V activities.
- Define I&V Plan for products and ensure interlock between system and individual domain verification .
- Access maturity of products based on results in the I&V Report. Provide a recommendation for the project team based on test coverage and test executions.
- Continuously improve the test framework, verification processes, and test infrastructure.
- Demonstrates strong prioritization skills and can work effectively under broad direction while maintaining focus on key objectives.
- Performs technical support tasks with growing independence, demonstrating reliability and consistent execution in their area of responsibility.

- Create clear, structured, and comprehensible documentation of verification results, ensuring traceability, transparency, and long-term usability.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or master’s degree in science, or equivalent experience
Methodological knowledge in system engineering
Python, Excel advanced, ISTQB Foundation
1+ years of experience in system verification / validation within multi‑disciplinary products
- System‑level integration (HVAC, mechatronics systems)
- Gas testing experience
Plus:
- Hardware (PCB, ASIC)
- Embedded software / firmware
- Experience writing structured technical documentation
- Root-cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa)
- Familiarity with gas detection standards (e.g., UL 2075, CSA C22.2)
Ability to influence and guide team members without formal authority within Verification.
